In 2022, Liaoning Tianyuan Huifeng Construction and Installation Co., Ltd undertook several major projects. These included the Fushun Evergrande Huafu housing delivery project, covering 52,000 square meters with a total investment of 270 million RMB. We also managed the Shenfu New Area housing delivery projects, which involved renovation, interior finishing, landscaping, and roadworks for Evergrande Health Valley Plots 2 and 3, with a total investment of 130 million RMB. Additionally, we handled the construction, landscaping, roadworks, installation, and interior finishing for Evergrande Health Valley Plot 4, encompassing 290,000 square meters and with a total investment of 700 million RMB. We commenced work ahead of schedule, achieving full compliance with our efficiency targets. With over 1,000 workers on site daily, we successfully met the crucial milestone of handing over the refined interior work area.

On September 15, 2023, Li Lecheng, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor, visited the construction site in person. He emphasized the importance of project management, calling for scientific construction methods to ensure engineering quality and safety, and to contribute to the comprehensive revitalization and high-quality development. In November 2023, the company took on the housing delivery project for the SUNAC Haiyi Changzhou development, with a total investment of 150 million RMB.
